ZmanBook is a service of ECRF SERVICES INC.
ZmanBook is an appointment booking service used by businesses (“businesses”) to take bookings from their clients by text message and phone call. This policy explains what information the service handles and how.
For each business: its business details, staff names and working hours, services, and the logins of the people who manage it. For each business's clients: the name and phone number the business keeps on file, the client groups the business assigns, appointments, and the text messages and keypad choices exchanged while booking.
A business may connect a Google Calendar. When it does, the service uses Google Calendar access only to (1) read when the calendar is busy, so those times aren't offered to clients, and (2) add appointments booked through the service to that calendar, and remove them if they're cancelled. The service does not read the titles, descriptions, or attendees of your own events, and does not use Google data for advertising.
ZmanBook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. A business can disconnect its Google Calendar at any time from its Settings page, which also revokes access.
Information is used only to provide booking, confirmations, reminders, and the business's dashboard. It is never sold. It is processed by the providers that run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Twilio (text messages and phone calls), and Google (only if a business connects Google Calendar).
Information is kept while a business uses the service. A business can edit or delete its clients and appointments at any time. When a business's account is deleted, all of its information is permanently deleted. Clients can ask the business they book with to update or remove their information, or contact us.
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), dashboard passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and each business can see only its own information.
